Steven L. Vowels passed away on Sept. 17 2019. Surviving family is his Wife of 16 years, Donna J. Vowels, 3 step daughters, Jennifer Stroud, Tosha Stroud, and Andrea Stroud. 2 daughters Amy and Beth, and a niece Deana Switzer and her husband Steve. And several grandchildren. Services will be held at the New Plymouth Assembly of God church in New Plymouth, Idaho Oct. 25, 2019 at 2:00pm..
