Rufina "Ruby" Cantu

Beloved Daughter, Sister, Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and dear friend; passed away November 14, 2024, she was surrounded by loved ones. She was born on March 17, 1947 in Austin, Texas. She is a lifetime resident of Ontario, Oregon for over 40 years. She loved singing Karaoke, dancing, making jewelry and hanging out with friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Espiridion Cantu Sr, and Juanita Cantu, sisters Dora Martinez, Anita Quintero and brother Espiridion Cantu Jr, she is survived by her siblings Roy (Annis) Cantu, Ana (Frank) Lopez, Minerva Cantu and Delia Cantu, her children Guadalupe Mendoza, Anita Mendoza, and Rachel Mendoza-Munoz, Martin Ruiz, and Russell Prieto, 22 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Celebration of Life Ceremony for Ruby will be held at Haren-Wood Funeral Chapel, 2543 S.W. 4th Ave, Ontario, Oregon,97914, on Friday, November 22, 2024 @ 2:00pm.
