Patricia Elizabeth (Toll) Cuthbert

Patricia Elizabeth Toll Cuthbert was born December 12, 1943 in Payette, Idaho to Chester William “Bill” and Ruth Winnifred Donoho Toll and passed away December 4, 2024 at St. Alphonsus Hospital in Nampa, Idaho.

She grew up in Fruitland with her 3 sisters and 3 brothers. She married Danny Brixey and they had two daughters, Arlina and Danita. After that she met Bill Chambers and had another daughter, Patty. She then married Deloy Cuthbert (the love of her life), on June 2, 1970 and was married to him until his death on February 9, 2013.

She attended school in Fruitland and then went to beauty school to get her cosmetology license. She worked at Marlene’s House of Hair, Hair Unlimited and then ran her own in-home business. Before beauty school, she had several different jobs including waitress, housekeeping jobs at hotels and clerk at Dollar Tree.

Jimmy Russell, a family friend, came back into her life 4 years ago. They enjoyed each other’s company and were each other’s best friends.

Her and her two sisters (Sally and Toots) were the ultimate Golden Girls. They sat around the kitchen table drinking coffee, went to a lot of yard sales, and thrift stores together, and just thoroughly enjoyed life.

Her most favorite things in life were her 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren – including a new baby coming in May. She was so proud of all of them and loved them very much. She also loved her two cats; Mr. Norris and Trudy. She loved to crochet and made family members blankets, hats and scarves yearly.

She was survived by her brother Butch (April) Toll of Townsend, MT, daughter Arlina (Steve) Rynearson of Fruitland, daughter Danita (Clark) Roland of Payette, 7 grandchildren and 13 (soon to be 14) great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Deloy, parents Bill and Ruth Toll, brothers Sonny and Joe Toll, sisters Sally Spoor, Zeke Silva and Toots Morris, daughter Patty West and grandson James Robert Rynearson.
