Cynthia Susan Potts

May 18, 1960 thru November 11, 2019 After losing a courageous battle with cancer Cindy has passed to be reunited with many family members that have gone before her in heaven. Cindy was born in Ontario, Oregon and has traveled to many locations throughout her life. She has lived the past several years in Kuna, Idaho. Cindy graduated at the top of her class from the Idaho State School for the Deaf and Blind. She also held records on the Cross Country team for the Idaho State School for the Deaf and Blind. After High School Cindy furthered her education and worked for the Idaho fish and game in data entry. In 1982 Cindy married Dale Jensen they thru their marriage had six children. After many struggles Dale and Cindy decided to divorce. Cindy dedicated her life to Jesus Christ, and raising her children. She was working with Deseret Industries up until she could not continue her functions. Cindy got a lot of enjoyment in ringing the bell for the Salvation Army during the Christmas season. Cindy always lead a Spiritual life, the LDS Church, Temple life, family and friends from the church have been a great support to Cindy later in life. The Family would like to thank all, for the assistance and support the people in Cindy’s church groups passed on to her through this time of need. Cindy was Preceded in death by her father Robert Potts, and Niece Trishten Potts. Cindy is survived by her Mother Judy Russell, Brother Bob Potts, Sister Cathy Huseman, Sister Annette Russell, children Chris, Sarah, Byron, Tiffany, Melissa, and DJ Jensen, and seven grandchildren. The viewing and service will be held: Saturday November 23, 2019 Nyssa LDS church 1309 Park Ave Nyssa, OR 97913 Viewing 9:00 - 9:45 AM Service 10:00 AM Dedication of the grave will be held immediately following the service at the Payette, ID Rosedale memorial gardens cemetery. In lieu of flowers Cindy wishes was for donation to Primary Children Hospital.
