Billie Rae (Patterson) Wright-Signer

Billie Rae Wright-Signer was born June 23, 1945 in Wendell, ID, and passed away at the age of 76, on August 26,2021 in Annex, OR surrounded by her family as she went to be greeted by her mother, father, sister and brother plus many other beloved family, friends, and pets.  She is survived by her husband Glenn, her children Dani Kiesel, Jamie and husband Doug Fletcher, Lani and husband Richie Scott and grandson Seth Kiesel.  She leaves behind nine grandchildren and many more great grandchildren.  Billie never met a stranger who, by the end of the conversation, wasn’t a friend.  Everyone was attracted to her natural grace and radiance that she extended effortlessly. When it came to people within her power to help, she counseled with love and affection through any event.  Her affection didn’t include just people. Billie took great pride in the many animals that she raised, nurtured and loved throughout her life.  She was a genuinely beautiful soul and is a major loss to anyone that had the pleasure of knowing her. Services were held Friday Sept 3rd, 2021 at Weiser Community Church and she was laid to rest next to her mother and father in Fairview Cemetery in Annex OR.
