Raymond Jones Sr.

Raymond Dale Jones Sr. 86 of Huntington passed away at his home on Friday, November 15, 2019. He was born on March 16, 1933 in Wilson, Oklahoma to David Samuel Jones And Ethel Etta Evans Jones. He married Lavenia Churchwell on October 24, 1949 in Portallas, New Mexico and the couple moved to Huntington 26 years ago. He is survived by his 4 children; Shirley Nixon, Raymond Jones, Jr. LaVera Jones and Wayne Jones, 3 brothers; David Jones, Coy Jones and Riley Jones, 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Billy and Clinton Jones. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, November 22, 2019 at 9 am PST at the Huntington VFW hall.
