Marjorie (Hall) Reed

Marjorie Elizabeth Paterson Reed passed away Friday March 30th at Ashley Manor in Ontario. Margie was born July 13th, 1925 in Bloomington, Illinois to Logan and Eva Hall. She attended schools in nearby Normal. After WW II, Margie married Jim Paterson. In that union she had seven children, twin daughters Catherine and Theresa, daughters Judee, Patsy, Charlinda, Janette, and one son, Doug. In 1975 Margie married Ray Reed and divorced after ten years of marriage. Margie had been a resident of Ontario since January, 1953. She worked many years for Ore-Ida in Ontario and Dame Lumber Company in Fruitland. Margie was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, two sisters, children Catherine, Theresa, and Doug. She is survived by two sisters and a brother. Also surviving her are children Judee Liddle and husband Virgil, Patsy Riggins, Janette Brockett and husband LeRoy all of Ontario and Charlinda Thomas and husband Rick of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho. Margie is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
