August J. Samp 87, A native of Chicago, Illinios died Tuesday February 27, 2018 at a Boise Hospital. August worked for 40 years at a Chicago lock company, he also served in the military branch of the national guard for many years, and the army for two years. He is survived by his wife of 63 years , Theresa Samp, daughter Diane Anderson (Samp), and son Allen Samp. August and his wife Theresa resided in Arizona for 25 years and then moved to Ontario, Oregon to live with their daughter in 2017. August is survived by many siblings, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all! Cremation memorial Mass will be held at St. Marys Catholic Church 10 N. Buffalo Grove Rd. in Buffalo Grove Illinios, (847) 541-1450 May 5th at 10am private family cremation was held under the direction of the Haren-Wood Funeral Chapel, Ontario.
