James C. Smith, 70, Vale, passed away the morning of Friday, March 5, 2010, at home.  He was born June 19, 1939, in Booker, Texas, to James Noble and Marry Tibbits Smith. He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Linda Smith; his daughter, Kimberly Fulwyer; and his son, James L Smith.  He was also survived by his brothers, Terry and Tony; and his sisters, Mary Lou and Darleen; and four grandchildren.  Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Butte Baptist Church, situated at 3848 Butte Drive, Ontario.
