Charley Winters 82 of Caldwell passed away at home Monday, March 1st 2010. He was born to George Winters and Biddie Self on May 12, 1927. Charley retired from the U.S. Air Force. Feb 2nd 1970 at Vanceburg A.F.B California where he was involved in all stages of the Titan III missile launches. He has lived in the Treasure Valley since retirement. Charley was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, 2 sisters and great granddaughter. He is survived by his Wife, Fern Winters, Daughter, Debby Sarver and Husband Tab, Son, Dan Winters and wife Katie, daughter, Lora Coronel and husband Mike of West Lynn, Oregon. He is also survived by 7 grand daughters, 3 grandsons, and 5 great grand children. A viewing for family and friends will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2010  at the Haren-Wood Funeral Chapel in Payette from 5 - 7 pm.  Services are to be held at 2pm Friday, March 5th at the First Baptist Church in New Plymouth. Internment with Military Honors will follow at the Park View Cemetery in New Plymouth. The on-line guest book may be signed and condolences sent to the family at www.Haren-Wood.com.
