Pauline Hauf

Pauline was born in Yuma Arizona on April 4th 1943 to Pedro and Valentina Martinez.  She was raised and educated in California, Washington, Oregon, and came to Idaho in 1967.    

Pauline liked crocheting, collecting depression and carnival glass, a little fishing and camping, but most of all she enjoyed oil painting.  She took painting classes from Joy Eaton for over 15 years and they were good friends.  

Pauline met Sylvester (Sy) Hauf in 1978 and they married on December 2nd 1980.  She is survived by her loving husband and best friend of almost 40 years, Sy.  Two sisters Connie Gomez and Hope McEnulty of Ontario, Oregon.  Two nieces Jaimie Scalise (Chad) of Boise,  Vickie Gomez of Nyssa, Oregon and one nephew Paul Gomez (Sacha) of Pleasant Valley, Utah.  Great nieces Abbey & Chloe Troxel, Hadley Scalise, and Lexi, Clarissa, and Eme Gomez.  Step-son Jeff Hauf of Payette, two step-daughters Jackie Tollefson and Jolene (Todd) Sjostrom, step-grandsons Cory, Christopher and Noah, one step-granddaughter Belle, and one step-great granddaughter Mattie, all in North Dakota.  

Memorial services will be held Tuesday June 27, 2017 at the Haren-Wood Funeral Chapel at 10am,  840 6th Ave. S Payette, ID.
